If your employees’ salary was not paid on the specified payday via quitt, this may be due to the following reasons:
- The balance in your customer account is insufficient. Transfer the outstanding amount as soon as possible. The salary will be paid automatically to the domestic help after the customer account has been topped up.
- You have only recently registered, so important registration data may be missing (marked with a red dot in the customer area) or there are delays on authority side regarding the registration (especially the social security mandate code).
